Friday the 10th Sept 7 – 9 pm ‘Seaweed FILM Night’

In a cinematic odyssey of Seaweed, we will be showing a collection of short films including

Flowers of Sea Forest, a beautiful documentary shot on Scotland’s West Coast by the Citizen Science, sea bed survey in 2018. A stunning glimpse of this beautiful ecosystem with it’s underwater flowers & sea forests, featuring our incredibly special pink Maerl beds.

Films from the Natural History Museum on the making of a Seaweed Window Display, Women Seaweed Farmers of Tanzania, artists in North Ronaldsay revealing the Kelp industry there, making glass from Kelp in Dorset & culinary uses of seaweed, including how to cook it!
